The legendary steakhouse from Williamsburg, Brooklyn, opens its doors on the Las Vegas Strip at Caesars Palace this November. Reservations for the old-school establishment are now available on Open Table. Marking the first domestic expansion in over 60 years, the new restaurant, owned by the Furman family, will have time-honored traditions, with classic dishes and attentive service. Spanning 8,700 square feet, the new space designed by Jeffrey Beers International offers a chic and industrial aesthetic and modern ambiance to enjoy savory selections, from the exclusive Chilled Shellfish Tower to the Sizzling Signature Steak, among other enticing options.
Brasserie B by Bobby Flay
They say three times is the charm, and that’s the case with the new culinary offering reminiscent of Paris from renowned celebrity chef Bobby Flay. Opening in late 2023, the new establishment will take guests on an exciting food journey inspired by the cuisine of France with signature touches. Along with the main dining room that seats up to 140 people, the restaurant, designed by Olivia Jane Design & Interiors, has a 20-seat bar to enjoy cocktails, wine, or whatever you may fancy. As for the hours, the restaurant will serve brunch, lunch, and dinner.

Soon noted chef, restaurateur, and James Beard Award Winner Michael Mina will have another dining outpost for foodies to descend on. Slated for a winter opening at the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino, the restaurant, which means “golden princess” in Greek, will offer tastes of Greece, the Mediterranean, and the Middle East while drawing international influences from Europe, North Africa, Western Asia, and inspiration from the chef’s Egyptian roots. Guests can expect the gastronomy to be remarkable.

This upcoming restaurant at Resorts World Las Vegas will be a game-changer, bringing a slice of New York to the Last Vegas Strip. Known worldwide for its legendary cheesecakes, this iconic eatery is making its West Coast debut, and it’s about to dazzle Vegas with a 300-seat dining experience that covers all the bases.
